This program was designed to administer COVID-19 vaccines provided by the State and to serve on the forefront of the COVID-19 mass vaccination campaign.
CIMPAR partnered with IEMA to provide COVID-19 vaccines to community centers, schools, nursing homes, and many other locally initiated locations across the State of Illinois. This partnership resulted in a robust vaccine administration network across the state, vaccine access points in geographic areas and communities that are medically underserved, promotion and uptake of vaccine by Illinois residents, and helped achieved high vaccine coverage rates across the state in accordance with the established prioritization strategies.
