In addition to collaborating with ECHO, CIMPAR initiated a Staff Burnout Study.
With the collaboration of every Long Term Nursing Home from the ECHO project, a study was conducted to determine the level of burnout in the nursing home setting during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was leveraged using a data capturing form hosted in Office365.
This data was quantified using work-related factors in the long term nursing home setting. The data was deployed using Tableau to display the patterns and correlation between COVID-19 and nursing home environment to display the level of burnout.
